Position: Sales Executive for Commercial Vehicles

Location: Marshall Volkswagen Scunthorpe

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with weekend shifts on a rotating basis

Compensation: £20,000 base salary with uncapped OTE of £40,000 and a company vehicle

Your Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our clientele, acting as a representative for Marshall Motor Group and our prestigious brands in a sales role.

You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth customer experience, transforming interactions into sales of vehicles, financing, and insurance. Comprehensive training will be provided to keep your knowledge up-to-date, enabling you to assist customers effectively.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure every customer interaction results in a positive experience
  • Respond to inquiries from both new and existing clients regarding vehicle sales
  • Assist customers throughout the buying process, providing exceptional service that represents Marshall and the brand
  • Achieve personal sales targets by understanding and meeting customer needs for financing, insurance, and additional products
  • Generate inquiries through various channels via prospecting and marketing efforts
  • Stay updated on manufacturer vehicles and features by participating in regular training sessions
  • Manage the vehicle handover process while adhering to regulations
  • Comply with all Marshall and industry sales regulations related to vehicles, financing, and insurance
