Job Summary

Jobs for Humanity is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part-time Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for representing renowned confectionery brands from Mars Wrigley in the Convenience channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit independent stores in your local area to enhance the product range and sales of Mars and Wrigley's items in-store.
  • Establish strong in-store relationships with retailers to support them in expanding their product offerings.
  • Secure agreements to maximize the visibility of our products and promotions in-store.
  • Work closely with our field manager to achieve sales targets and drive profits for both the retailers and Mars Wrigley.

Requirements

  • Confidence and friendliness when interacting with customers and retailers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including weekdays and occasional evenings.
  • A full UK driving license and a suitable vehicle for stock transportation.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.63.
  • A £1150 annual bonus.
  • Pro-rata 28 days of holiday (including bank holidays).
