Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at SRG. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial function and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Manage the incoming customer ordering process and requests for further information, ensuring speed and accuracy.
  • Customer Onboarding: Support the customer onboarding process, including set-up, order verification, updates to schedule, payment and delivery timelines.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize HubSpot to support pipeline management, performance reporting, and to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized.
  • Vendor Management: Manage and maintain good vendor relations, regular liaison with external agencies and departments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal operations teams, including Sales, Finance, Shipping, and Quality, to ensure delivery of seamless order processing.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Interpret and present HubSpot data to identify improvements in the sales process, KPI monitoring, and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Education: BSc or equivalent in a Life Science discipline.
  • HubSpot Experience: Capable and skilled user of Hubspot, with a strong understanding of its commercial operations capabilities.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills, including the ability to analyze and visualize data. Proficiency in Google Sheets and NetSuite is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create productive sales reports.
