Role Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Automotive Sales Operations Manager to join our team at the Jaguar Land Rover dealership. This pivotal role will leverage your sales management expertise to guide the sales team in achieving exceptional customer outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading automotive group while representing a prestigious brand. You will manage a team of Sales Executives and a Transaction Manager, overseeing both new and pre-owned vehicle sales. We seek an individual who can propel the team and business forward, with a strong background in budgeting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the Sales Executives and Transaction Manager.
- Inspiring the team to achieve positive customer outcomes while meeting weekly sales targets for vehicles, financing, and insurance products.
- Engaging with customers through face-to-face interactions and digital communication, addressing customer complaints effectively.
- Promoting vehicles and services available at the dealership and online.
- Ensuring that exceptional customer service is consistently recognized through high customer satisfaction scores.
- Preparing finance proposals that prioritize the best interests of the customer.
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess prior experience as a sales manager within the automotive sector, particularly in a main dealership environment. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate the following:
