Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the National New Business Development Management team, ensuring a focus on high-quality, solution-oriented sales growth.

  • Provide insights into market trends and product offerings to foster continuous improvement and evolution in B2B sales approaches.
  • Inspire and drive the team to meet ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced, commercial sales environment across various channels and product lines.
  • Focus on identifying, implementing, and enhancing processes that will boost sales effectiveness in alignment with the growth strategy.
  • Manage business development objectives and ensure compliance with contractual and commercial performance metrics.
  • Guide the team in recognizing, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Lead client engagement and relationship management in accordance with the strategic business plan.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in managing a field-based sales team.
  • Background in handling outbound and return assets/products.
  • Experience with commercial tenders and complex contractual agreements.
  • Strong negotiation skills for both large-scale and intricate deals.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret detailed commercial and financial data effectively.
  • High proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
