- Oversee the National New Business Development Management team, ensuring a focus on high-quality, solution-oriented sales growth.
- Maintain accountability for ongoing sales performance, ensuring monthly sales goals are met while upholding service quality.
- Provide insights into market trends and product offerings to foster continuous improvement and evolution in B2B sales approaches.
- Inspire and drive the team to meet ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced, commercial sales environment across various channels and product lines.
- Focus on identifying, implementing, and enhancing processes that will boost sales effectiveness in alignment with the growth strategy.
- Manage business development objectives and ensure compliance with contractual and commercial performance metrics.
- Guide the team in recognizing, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities.
- Lead client engagement and relationship management in accordance with the strategic business plan.
- Oversee team performance in alignment with organizational standards, conducting regular reviews and development planning.
- Support stakeholder management by crafting detailed proposals and business cases for both existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure contractual agreements align with business objectives, focusing on volume and margin expectations as outlined in the commercial budget.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in managing a field-based sales team.
- Background in handling outbound and return assets/products.
- Experience with commercial tenders and complex contractual agreements.
- Strong negotiation skills for both large-scale and intricate deals.
- Ability to analyze and interpret detailed commercial and financial data effectively.
- High proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
