Role Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team at the Audi dealership in Taunton. This position requires leveraging your sales management expertise to guide the team towards achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business, this role presents an exceptional opportunity to represent a prestigious brand within a leading automotive group. You will manage a team of Sales Executives and a Transaction Manager, overseeing both new and pre-owned vehicle sales. We seek an individual who can propel the team and business forward, with prior experience in budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the Sales Executives and Transaction Manager
- Inspiring the team to achieve positive customer outcomes while meeting weekly sales targets for vehicles, financing, and insurance products
- Engaging with customers through face-to-face interactions and digital communication, addressing customer complaints efficiently
- Promoting vehicles and services available at the dealership and online
- Ensuring exceptional customer service that consistently results in high customer satisfaction scores
- Preparing finance proposals that prioritize the best interests of the customer
