Job Overview

The selected candidate will be tasked with executing clinical responsibilities associated with immunisation, primarily conducted on-site within educational institutions for children in primary and secondary settings, as well as in community health clinics.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer vaccinations to 20 to 25 schoolchildren per hour during the flu season.

- Collaborate effectively with team members, organizational partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Advocate for and assist in the operation of our School Immunisation Service.

- Provide support to Programme Managers, Team Leaders, and Clinical Leads as necessary.

- Travel to various sites as required.

- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients.

- Engage in clinical supervision and contribute to the performance and development of staff.

- Ensure that all clinical incidents, near misses, and complaints are documented, monitored, and managed according to organizational policies.

- Participate in audits, offering recommendations based on findings and sharing results with the team for collective learning.

- Attend clinical supervision sessions with the Clinical Lead as directed.

- Actively participate in team meetings with constructive input.

- Conduct Gillick Competency Assessments and obtain verbal consent from parents and guardians.

- Perform additional duties as appropriate for this role.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
