In this role, you will be tasked with delivering clinical services focused on immunization within educational environments for children. This encompasses advocating for our School Aged Immunization Service, ensuring high-quality patient care, engaging in professional development, and adhering to organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the School Aged Immunization Service
  • Support Programme Managers and Clinical Leads
  • Provide evidence-based patient care
  • Engage in clinical supervision and staff training
  • Document and monitor clinical incidents
  • Participate in audits and provide recommendations
  • Contribute to team discussions and assist colleagues
  • Perform additional duties as required
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Requirements

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Experience working within established healthcare frameworks
  • Knowledge of national immunization protocols
  • Ability to implement informed consent processes
  • Competence in computer usage and cold chain management

Required Credentials

Essential Qualifications

  • Registered Pharmacist (GPhC)
  • Registered Paramedic or Physiotherapist (HCPC)
  • Registered Dental Hygienist or Therapist (GDC)
  • Registered Optometrist (GOC)
