About the Role

The Supply Chain PMO is an integral part of our operations, focusing on the management of strategic initiatives across our extensive network. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of projects that enhance our supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the portfolio of supply chain projects, including strategic initiatives and system transformation efforts.
  • Engage with process owners and project champions to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Establish and implement project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Facilitate project planning by defining scopes, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clarity on scope, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project finances, ensuring adherence to budgets and providing financial reports to leadership.
  • Enhance project processes through continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Manage communication strategies for projects, including stakeholder engagement and change management.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings to assess progress and address any issues or risks.
  • Document and report on project activities, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Support project leaders in developing proposals and preparing for steering committee discussions.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Relevant degree qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or quick-service restaurant (QSR) sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects and achieving results.
  • Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
