About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Program Manager to play a pivotal role in helping a globally renowned restaurant brand achieve its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and Measure Progress: Monitor and report on the progress of ESG projects to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Project Management: Leverage project management skills to monitor and document the progress of other functions against their ESG objectives.
  • Sustainability Expertise: Provide expert sustainability knowledge to inform risk assessment and horizon scanning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including franchise partners, corporate teams, and key ESG contributors.
  • Strategic Alignment: Align sustainability efforts with the broader business strategy, supporting internal and external communication efforts.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sustainability or a related field.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in sustainability or similar subjects.
  • Sustainability Knowledge: Deep knowledge of sustainability, with expertise in areas like Net Zero strategy, waste reduction, and circularity.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with attention to data and detail.
  • Complex Organizational Structure: Experience in complex organizational structures is a plus.
  • Progress Measurement: Ability to measure and report on progress effectively.
