About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst to join our Supply Chain team at KFC. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving supply chain transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the supply chain portfolio of projects, including strategy implementation, value creation, systems transformation, and data automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and tools to ensure governance and compliance.
  • Facilitate project planning, including scope definition, task prioritization, deadline setting, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain project documentation, including scope, budget, resources, and justification.
  • Control project finances, ensuring adherence to budgets and providing financial reports to project leadership teams.
  • Improve project processes, developing new processes and refining existing ones to ensure project success.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders on project-related initiatives, conducting regular project status calls and identifying and resolving issues and risks.
  • Monitor progress against plans and schedules, identifying and resolving problems, and updating project plans as needed.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, activity reports, project plans, and provide project communications and updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project cost control plans, including identifying and tracking budget variances, and supporting budget owners with project budget development and procurement teams with contracting inputs.
Requirements
  • Strong degree qualification
  • 3+ years' experience in FMCG or QSR industry
  • Proven experience in leading projects and delivering results
  • Senior stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to bring people together and foster a one-team mentality
  • Proven analytical skills, methodical approach to problem-solving, and result-driven
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
