Roke Manor Research Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Support Officer to join our National Security Business Unit. As a key member of our Programme Management Office (PMO) team, you will play a vital role in driving the balance between customer needs and delivering strong financial and delivery performance for the Business Unit.
Roke is a leading technology and engineering company with a strong presence in National Security, Defence, and Industry 4.0 through our Futures business and Intelligence as a Service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver defined PMO services to enable the Business Unit, including delivery management support, tracking and monitoring of cross-project dependencies, bid management support, and policy and process conformance.
- Coordinate the production of reports to support governance, by collating, analysing, evaluating, and manipulating data, records, and other information.
- Provide education, training, and first-line support on agreed P3M procedures, processes, and tools.
- Support senior management in championing and embedding P3M practices across the organisation.
- Lead on the development and socialisation of the PMO service catalogue for the Business Unit.
- Support the wider team in a mentoring capacity.
- Experience driving the development of PMO processes through requirement definition, solution development, process documentation, rollout, and benefits realisation.
- Experience working within a busy PMO or Project Delivery environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform applications to support PMO service enhancement.
- Annual bonus based on profit share and personal performance.
