We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst to join our Supply Chain Transformation team at KFC. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our supply chain projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the supply chain portfolio of projects, including strategy implementation, value creation, systems transformation, and data automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and are executed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project management processes and tools to ensure governance and compliance.
- Facilitate project planning, scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including scope, budget, resources, and justification.
- Control project finances, including budget adherence, risk quantification, and financial reporting.
- Improve project processes, develop new processes, and evaluate project performance against standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders on project-related initiatives, conducting regular project status calls, and identifying and resolving issues and risks.
- Monitor progress against plans and schedules, identifying and resolving problems, and updating project plans as needed.
- Strong degree qualification in a relevant field.
- 3+ years' experience in the FMCG or QSR industry, with a proven track record of leading projects and delivering results.
- Senior stakeholder engagement and experience in managing complex projects.
- Ability to bring people together and foster a one-team mentality.
- Proven analytical skills, methodical approach to problem-solving, and result-driven mindset.
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good team focus, creating collaborative working relationships across the business.
- Bias for action and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong team player with a positive can-do attitude.
- A self-starter who over-indexes on ownership and accountability.
