About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Analyst to join our PAN Europe Supply Chain Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the execution of strategic programs and projects, driving stakeholder engagement, and accelerating Supply Chain transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Supply Chain portfolio of projects, including SIA, Value Creation, Systems Transformation, Data Automation, and Reporting projects.
  • Collaborate with process owners, functional project champions, technical experts, solution providers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and tools, ensuring governance is followed by all project team members and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project planning, refining scope definitions, prioritizing tasks, setting deadlines, and assigning resources.
  • Maintain project documentation, ensuring accurate completion of documents relating to project scope, budget, resources, and justification.
  • Control project finances, ensuring adherence to project budgets, quantifying monetary risk and impact, and providing project budget and financial reports.
  • Improve project processes, developing new processes and improving existing ones, continually reevaluating project standards, and engaging in problem-solving with project teams.
  • Communicate effectively, managing project communication efforts, including change management communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders on project-related initiatives, conducting regular project status calls, identifying and facilitating issue resolution, and updating project plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong degree qualification.
  • 3+ years' experience in FMCG or QSR Industry.
  • Proven experience in leading projects and delivering results.
  • Senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to bring people together and foster a one-team mentality.
  • Proven analytical skills, methodical approach to problem-solving, and result-driven mindset.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to collect data and convert it into preferred formats for communication.
