Recent examples of our work include:

  • Delivering work that has been defined by others utilizing a variety of methodologies.
  • Interacting professionally with clients; actively listening to and comprehending their perspectives and requirements.
  • Determining how the applicable economic framework, as outlined by project leaders, will address the specific case.
  • Utilizing relevant core microeconomic theories and empirical methods across diverse Competition projects.
  • Producing high-quality technical outputs by implementing best practices.
  • Identifying significant outcomes from analyses that will validate or refute key hypotheses.
  • Modifying written communications to suit the target audience in terms of style and information depth.
  • Assisting colleagues in crafting well-structured, clear, client deliverables.

While this position will primarily concentrate on Competition-related projects, we strongly encourage all of our Economists to engage across Frontier's various practice areas – promoting a culture of 'fungibility'. This flexibility benefits both individuals and the organization, aligning with our core values and culture.

In addition to engaging and intellectually stimulating project work, we provide a range of benefits to support you both professionally and personally. All employees have access to extensive Learning & Development opportunities, including ongoing Career Development Reviews with the guidance of a designated Mentor.

We recognize the significance of work/life balance and offer flexible working arrangements, including options for remote work. Additionally, we provide annual leave days with the possibility to purchase extra days.

Frontier is wholly owned by its employees. As Shareholders, we encourage everyone to express their opinions. Not only do we influence the management of the company, but we also choose to distribute a substantial portion of our profits prudently through bonuses. Furthermore, we offer a highly competitive salary.
