About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all relevant patient information is accurately recorded and updated in our systems.
  • Book patients for clinics and appointments, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical teams to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve patient experience and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Good general education, including 5 GCSEs at grade A-C or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Proven customer care skills and experience of working in a healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and clinical teams.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Windows and Outlook.
