Your Responsibilities:
  • Training Coordination: You will be responsible for managing the entire training lifecycle, from initial request to evaluation. This includes organizing logistics, venues, participant registration, budgeting, and post-training support.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage your analytical skills to track training progress, performance metrics, and identify trends. Generate insightful reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of our learning initiatives.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external training providers to ensure seamless delivery of programs. Regularly review their performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Content Development: Contribute to the creation and organization of training materials, including joining instructions, supporting documents, digital resources, and evaluation tools.
Your Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a learning and development role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for learning and development, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
