Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Land Manager to join our team at TDM Recruitment. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new development opportunities, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential development sites, including market trends, planning policies, and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, developers, and local authorities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for acquiring new development sites, including negotiations with landowners and other parties.
  • Work closely with our design and planning teams to ensure that all development projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in planning policies and regulations, and ensure that all development projects comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the property development industry and the land acquisition process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
