About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in the management of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including scheduling inspections, negotiating tenancy extensions, and coordinating maintenance and repair issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process deposit returns, manage rental arrears, and ensure that properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
  • Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
  • Manage complaints and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Previous experience in a Property Manager role or customer-facing and/or administrative roles.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a strong telephone manner and IT skills.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK, in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £22,000 to £31,500 per year, dependent on experience.
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary).
  • A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary).
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £30,125+ per year.
  • Company car.
  • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day in lieu in exchange).
