About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart in Dartford. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our business, while also building long-lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory health and safety standards
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals to maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
  • Processing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants to support the continued growth and development of our business
  • Managing complaints and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

Requirements

  • A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Previous experience in a Property Manager role or customer-facing and/or administrative roles
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a good telephone manner
  • IT skills and ability to use industry-leading technology

What We Offer

  • A basic salary range of £22,000 to £31,500 per year, dependent on experience
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
  • A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £30,125+ per year
  • Company car and full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day in lieu in exchange)
