Property Manager Wanted for Established Estate Agency

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Prima Ardelle Associates, a leading employment agency in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout the area
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers, and professional advisors
  • Coordinate move-ins and check-outs with lettings negotiators
  • Arrange and monitor works and repairs
  • Conduct property inspections and report to landlords
  • Mediate between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
  • Handle tenancy deposit returns
  • Service notices, S21, and S8
  • Prepare tenancy agreements
  • Negotiate terms for renewals
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of residential property
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Professional approach and appearance
  • Full driving license and car

Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.
