About the Role

The successful candidate will have a background in social housing and repair and maintenance, with experience in scheduling and planning. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of our services, including scheduling appointments, managing workloads, and ensuring that our contractual Service Level Agreements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of our services to ensure timely and efficient completion
  • Schedule appointments and manage workloads to meet customer needs
  • Ensure that our contractual Service Level Agreements are met
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and report on service delivery performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in scheduling and planning in a social housing or repair and maintenance environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic building maintenance knowledge
  • Planning knowledge of what works can be sequenced or can be undertaken concurrently
  • Good level of written English
  • Good computer skills
  • Good project management skills
