Salary £28-30,000 DOE

Prima Ardelle Associates, a leading employment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and service providers
  • Coordinate property inspections and repairs
  • Mediate disputes between landlords and tenants
  • Handle tenancy deposit returns
  • Prepare and serve notices
  • Negotiate terms for tenancy renewals

Requirements:

  • Experience in property management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Full driving license and car

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
