Key Responsibilities:

As an Air Cargo Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the effective implementation of air cargo protocols.



Your key duties will encompass:
  • Overseeing communication with agents and direct clients throughout the shipping process.
  • Coordinating air, land, and maritime shipments while ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Arranging export airline bookings and monitoring shipments to provide timely updates.
  • Generating invoices for customers and processing supplier invoices efficiently.
  • Facilitating the collection and delivery of freight as necessary.
  • Assisting with various tasks including packing, documentation, driving, and warehousing.

Qualifications Required:

To thrive in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Airfreight Operations with a Freight Forwarding company.
  • Familiarity with Hazardous Materials (HM) regulations and certifications would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Gmail.
  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

The following attributes are desirable for this role:

  • IATA Certification for the transportation of hazardous materials by air.
  • Experience with hazardous materials handling.
