About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at cargo-partner. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving and generating new business development through selling our cargo-partner Air, Sea, Road, and Warehousing product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and grow existing business.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to develop a robust business partnership.
  • Perform regular updates via our Customer Relations Management system.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
  • Experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to win business on service and not price.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
