Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Agents and Customers: Directly managing agents and customers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Liaising with Customers: Liaising with customers for every aspect of their shipment, including communication and coordination.
  • Regulated Shipments: Finding solutions for highly regulated shipments by air, road, and sea.
  • Export Airline Bookings: Making export airline bookings with airlines to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
  • Tracking Shipments: Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to customers.
  • Customer Invoicing: Processing customer invoices and creditor invoices in a timely manner.
  • Freight Collection and Delivery: Collecting and delivering freight as required.
  • Assisting with Logistics Tasks: Assisting with packing, documentation, driving, warehousing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Handling and Lifting Packages: Handling and lifting packages up to 30kg.
