Position Overview:

ROLE:
As a key member of the Service Desk team, you will serve as the initial point of contact for users, delivering first-line technical assistance primarily within the hospitality and leisure sectors.Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering swift and effective technical support through various communication channels.
  • Diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues efficiently.
  • Keeping precise and current records of support interactions.
  • Occasional visits to client sites for specific projects.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12-18 months of experience in a first-line support capacity or have a solid understanding of IT principles, possibly as a recent graduate with a keen interest in Computer Science, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality customer service.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong grasp of Windows, Office 365 Management, Anti-Virus Software, Network Administration, and related technologies.
