Position Overview:

ROLE:
Office-based role within a dynamic IT support environment.

SALARY:

WORKING HOURS:
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible start times. Occasional weekend duties may be required, compensated accordingly.


As a dedicated Technical Support Advisor, you will serve as the primary contact for users, delivering first-level IT assistance primarily within the hospitality and leisure sectors.


Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering timely and effective technical support through various communication channels.
  • Diagnosing and resolving a variety of IT-related issues.
  • Keeping accurate and current records of support interactions.
  • Occasional visits to client sites for specific projects.


The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12-18 months of experience in a first-line support capacity or have a solid understanding of IT principles, potentially as a recent graduate with a keen interest in Computer Science and a commitment to exceptional customer service.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, alongside a good grasp of Windows, Office 365 management, antivirus solutions, network administration, peripherals, imaging software, TCP/IP, and server/PC configuration is essential.
