Job Summary:

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Membership Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Membership Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our membership team, including case management, member support, and liaison with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the membership team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Manage membership databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Liaise with external partners, including suppliers and stakeholders, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of membership events and activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of membership strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a membership administration role, preferably in a professional membership body.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, partners, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
