Key Responsibilities:

This is a Director-level position within the strategic leadership team for ResQ. The successful candidate will report to the Global Proposition Leader (GPL) for Reserving, collaborating with a diverse range of software development professionals to define new product capabilities that align with broader business strategies. This role will contribute subject matter expertise in reserving to the wider team. Identify and refine technical strategies and concepts that support the product vision, in alignment with the broader product strategies established by the GPL and the technology leadership. This may involve outlining proof of concepts, leading client discussions, providing practical user feedback to the development team, and conducting detailed market research. Responsible for drafting comprehensive written requirements to ensure that engineering teams understand the business context of their work. Collaborate with our global senior reserving consulting team to grasp local market needs and priorities. Work in partnership with other product leaders to share product vision and explore opportunities for synergies and unified approaches.
