As a member of the strategic leadership team of our market-leading reserving and financial reporting software suite, ResQ, you will deliver cutting-edge product functionality by identifying and refining technical approaches, and drafting specifications to guide the engineering teams. Your work will create software solutions aligned with the WTW vision of reserving, which will transform the industry and reserving's role within it.

About the Role:

  • You will partner with senior leadership to direct development according to WTW's long-term vision for the P&C reserving suite of solutions.
  • You will collaborate with our senior reserving consulting team globally to understand local market needs and priorities.
  • You will collaborate and share product vision with other product leaders and explore opportunities for synergies and common approaches.
  • You will be responsible for creation of written requirements, to ensure the engineering teams have an appreciation of the business context for their work.
  • You will identify and refine technical approaches and concepts supporting product vision, in-line with wider product strategies defined by the GPL, as well as the wider Technology leadership.
