We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Owner to join our team at esure Group. As a key member of our Agile team, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our chatbot capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to shape the vision for our chatbot and customer support, ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and optimization of our chatbot experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user research and customer feedback
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives and communicating with delivery teams
  • Set Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to measure alignment and delivery of strategic goals
  • Support business change and readiness activities to ensure value optimization

Requirements:
  • Experience in building and optimizing chatbot experiences
  • Passion for improving value from products and putting the customer at the heart of all product design and delivery
  • Proven track record as a Product Owner, leading end-to-end product delivery lifecycle
  • Experience working on large Agile projects and understanding of Scrum and DevOps
  • Ability to generate high-quality documentation, including user stories, use cases, and flow diagrams
  • Confident communication and influencing skills to drive collaboration and alignment
