Drive Performance Across Digital Channels

In this pivotal role, you will own and scale our paid digital marketing channels, optimising what we have and identifying areas to achieve growth and drive improvements to return on investment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch supporting performance channels to align with Brand activity and maximise our brand campaign spend.
  • Manage and optimise our paid digital marketing channels, including PPC, Social, Display, and Affiliates.
  • Have a commercial mindset, exploring opportunities to maximise efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with our internal creative teams to deliver engaging content and creative for use across all channels.
  • Create and own end-to-end reporting on all performance channels, and represent marketing to report performance in relevant forums.
  • Be comfortable with Google Analytics and how to use it to find opportunities for improvement across all digital channels.
  • Manage and collaborate with agencies, briefing them on esure strategy and working to deliver media plans.
  • Champion change to improve processes and ways of working, and accelerate our digital maturity.

About You:

  • Experience working within the constraints of a regulated environment, particularly Financial Services/Insurance, is an advantage.
  • Experience of cookie management and working knowledge of tools such as Segment and Onetrust to track customer events is beneficial.
  • Proven experience of managing PPC and Social channels, as well as affiliate relationships, would be an advantage.
  • A commercially capable individual with a strong focus on data and results, and a test and learn mentality.
  • Previous experience using Google Analytics and managing multiple digital platforms is required.
  • Strong communication and project management skills are essential.
