About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for collaborating with our senior reserving consulting team globally to understand local market needs and priorities.
  • You will work closely with our senior leadership team to direct development according to our long-term vision for the P&C reserving suite of solutions.
  • You will partner with our engineering teams to define new product capabilities in line with our wider business strategy.
  • You will be responsible for creating written requirements to ensure our engineering teams have an appreciation of the business context for their work.
  • You will collaborate with other product leaders to explore opportunities for synergies and common approaches.
  • You will have opportunities for people/line management within the role, depending on your priorities and preferred working style.

Requirements:

  • You will have a background in Property & Casualty actuarial reserving and an interest in software development.

  • You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and engineering teams.
  • You will have a strong understanding of the P&C reserving market and the ability to provide practical user feedback to our development team.
