Job Title: Head of Cybersecurity Proposition
Job Summary:
Opus Technology is seeking an experienced Head of Cybersecurity Proposition to lead the development, design, and execution of a complete managed security product and services portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, including the development of go-to-market strategies, commercial modeling, and operational implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, design, and execution of a complete managed security product and services portfolio
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity and IT, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities
- Be accountable for the design, delivery, and success of the managed cybersecurity portfolio
- Lead the continued development of the IT product and service portfolio
- Support and educate the Opus sales and pre-sales teams on all matters cybersecurity
- Consult with various internal teams at Opus on best practices for managing IT and cybersecurity
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in service design and/or management within an IT managed services organization
- Minimum 2 years' experience in managed cybersecurity product and service research and management
- Sound knowledge of product lifecycle management and associated cross-functional project management
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are highly desirable
- Sound knowledge of the cybersecurity service and product landscape
- Extensive knowledge and experience with IT managed service systems and automation methodologies
- A specialist in B2B cybersecurity and IT products and services for mid-market and enterprise
- Experienced in the ground-up development, building, and running of new services, including structured market research, development of go-to-market strategies, commercial modeling, and operational implementation
