Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at W Edinburgh. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the Front Desk and Whatever/Whenever teams
- Act as a role model in providing excellent customer service and interacting with guests
- Train and develop your team to become experts in their role
- Empower your team to resolve guest issues and ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Maximize revenue performance and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Confidence interacting with guests and resolving issues
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience working in a luxury hotel environment
- A positive mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality
