About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Manager to join our team at W Edinburgh. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the front desk and ensure that all guest requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train and develop your team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that they are knowledgeable about our hotel's amenities and services.
  • Act as a role model and provide guidance and support to your team members to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of service.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area to ensure that it is clean, organized, and welcoming to our guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that our guests and team members are safe and secure.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
