**Job Title: Front Desk Associate**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional attitude
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Support various administrative tasks, including filing, copying, and data entry
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing welcome materials
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- High level of attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
