About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Globe Business Media Group. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling, and working with our Client Services team to increase renewal rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers to provide opportunities for upselling
  • Initiate, scope, and manage projects to increase sales yield levels and revenue
  • Work with Client Services team to carry out activities through the client life-cycle to increase renewal rates
  • Develop and implement client sales plans for products and territories to meet sales targets
  • Support our product development function by suggesting new ideas and garnering client feedback
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers at conferences and product demonstrations
  • Lead the creation of proposals and sales pitches for new products
  • Update the CRM to ensure accurate reflection of sales activity

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B New Business sales experience using a defined sales methodology
  • Months+ of Sales leadership experience in a B2B sales role
  • Experience in hiring, training, and coaching a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing and managing highly targeted campaigns
  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder sales and negotiating contract/procurement processes
  • Organised, detail-oriented with the ability to forecast and report on team performance
  • Highly proficient in CRM systems/reporting
  • Working knowledge of the legal industry
  • Sales motivated, team-focused attitude, and willingness to collaborate with peers, product management, and internal key constituents
