We are currently seeking a skilled HR Systems Coordinator for a temporary assignment lasting 12 months.

Compensation - Up to £50,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

This position is entirely remote, although occasional travel may be required.

HR Systems Coordinator:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data audits and validation procedures to ensure the accuracy of information within the People XD/Core HR system.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to resolve data inconsistencies and enhance operational processes.
  • Oversee daily system administration tasks, including the creation of new positions and management of user access rights.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and resolve system-related challenges.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, training resources, and conduct training sessions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in HR Systems Administration, particularly with People XD/Core HR or comparable HRIS platforms - Essential.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and data governance strategies relevant to People XD/Core HR.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high data quality standards within HR systems.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage workload, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the retail, food, beverage, or FMCG sectors is advantageous.
