The role encompasses a specific area of responsibility within the Children and Young People's Service.

Northamptonshire County Council's Children and Young People's Service offers assistance to families in need through a variety of services, including Initial Assessment, Children in Need Teams, Specialist Children's Looked After Teams, Children with Disabilities Teams, as well as Adoption and Fostering Services.
