- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective intervention strategies to support children and families in need.
- Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interventions and assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Professional Development: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through post-qualification learning and development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices in social work.
- Education: A recognized qualification in social work, such as a CQSW, CSS DipSW, or Degree in Social Work, with a Home Office letter of Recognition or equivalent.
- Clearance: Satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service clearance.
- Registration: HCPC registration as a social worker.
- Experience: A minimum of one year post-qualification experience, with a strong background in assessment, planning, and intervention.
