We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Social Worker. As a key member of our Care Managers organization, you will play a vital role in providing safeguarding and protection services to children in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Safeguarding and Protection Services: Implement current legislation and policies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, working closely with multiple agencies to provide comprehensive care and protection plans.
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective intervention strategies to support children and families in need.
  • Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interventions and assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Professional Development: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through post-qualification learning and development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices in social work.
Requirements
  • Education: A recognized qualification in social work, such as a CQSW, CSS DipSW, or Degree in Social Work, with a Home Office letter of Recognition or equivalent.
  • Clearance: Satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service clearance.
  • Registration: HCPC registration as a social worker.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year post-qualification experience, with a strong background in assessment, planning, and intervention.
