Position Overview

Role: Lead Manager for Children's Residential Care

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 with Company Vehicle and Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily care, safety, and growth of all residents, while managing the overall operations and outreach initiatives of the facility.
  • Evaluate and refine the work practices of staff in their interactions with young residents, families, social services, and external organizations.
  • Participate in professional development and training sessions as necessary.
  • Demonstrate experience in supporting children with emotional and behavioral difficulties in a residential context.
  • Utilize childcare standards and best practice frameworks to inform decision-making processes.
  • Effectively translate policies into actionable practices.
  • Possess management training and relevant experience.
  • Hold qualifications related to child care or social services.
  • Exhibit knowledge of equal opportunity and diversity principles.
  • Maintain current knowledge of childcare and child protection legislation.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Provide evidence of successful regulatory inspections.
  • Undergo a satisfactory background check.
Compensation and Benefits
