Salary: Up to £60,000 + performance bonus
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Lead Manager for a newly established children's residential service. This facility is designed to create a supportive atmosphere for three children and young individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Ofsted Registered Manager, ensuring the establishment adheres to all relevant legislative and regulatory standards.
- Promote effective partnerships with children, their families, local authorities, and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver exceptional care and support to children and young people in a residential environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Possess or be willing to pursue a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care Management and Leadership specific to children's residential services.
- Previous experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager is essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Children's Act, Ofsted regulations, staff management, compliance, safeguarding, and regulatory inspections.
- A minimum of two years of recent experience in a residential children's setting within the last five years.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
