Senior Care Manager

Job Overview
The Senior Care Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering the residential homes and managing the team to achieve the same.
Key Responsibilities
- To support children aged from 8 to 18 years old who have complex behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties.
- To provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of the children.
- To work closely with the team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
- To ensure that the residential homes are maintained to a high standard and that all necessary procedures are in place to ensure the health and safety of the children.
Requirements
- Experience in working with children with complex needs.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
