Senior Care Manager

As a Senior Care Manager at Interaction - York, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the residential homes, while managing a team to achieve the same goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional care and support to children aged 8-18 with complex behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the residential homes' services, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our young residents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes, driving continuous improvement and excellence in care.
- Support the development of our team members, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing residential care services, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care and support.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, residents, and external partners.
