Job Title: Senior Care Manager

Job Summary:

Talent Finder is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Care Manager to lead our Residential Care Home team. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and service delivery to our residents, while also managing and developing our team of care professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the care team, ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Care Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of care services, ensuring that all residents receive person-centered care and support.
  • Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of care staff, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with care service delivery, ensuring that our residents are safe and protected.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all care services are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and external stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Care Manager with a Level 5 Management Award.
  • Qualifications: A Level 5 Management Award and relevant qualifications in care management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
