Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Care Worker / Team Leader to join our team at Cornerways Homes. As a Senior Care Worker / Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service for children and young people requiring care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of our children and young people while on duty.
- Ensure all children have a plan, risk assessment, behaviour management plan, and any other necessary plans.
- Lead shift plans and weekly plans, guiding and supporting staff to implement them.
Requirements:
- Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner /Residential Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
