Job Title: Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Completely Care Ltd.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of nursery staff to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote quality and excellence within the nursery.
  • Supervise and support staff in their day-to-day duties, ensuring the delivery of high standards.
  • Deploy staff appropriately to ensure the required standards are met and maintained.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of nursery keyperson procedures and allocate children to keystaff.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers, providing professional feedback and promoting the nursery.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare & Education.
  • Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and parents.
