About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS Crisis Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing crisis response, home treatment, and risk management services to children and young people.

Main Responsibilities

  • Triage and assessment of young people in crisis
  • Development and implementation of risk management plans
  • Provision of home treatment and support services
  • Consultation and supervision of other clinical team members

Person Specification

  • 2 years post-qualification experience in CAMHS
  • Social Worker, RMN, OT, or RNLD qualification

  • Experience in using clinical systems and IT
  • Commitment to developing own skills and knowledge
  • Experience in supervising junior staff
